Royal Mail and Parcelforce will class a UK item as lost in transit 20 working days after the item was posted. International items will be classed as lost 30 days after the item was posted.
Any items that are classed as “lost in transit” will be refunded or replaced once the claim has been processed and settled with the relevant postal service used for the delivery.
Any claim for loss or shortages will require you to reply to any email or mail send to you by the postal service. Failure to comply with the postal service will result in delays or refusal of the claim.
Any claims for lost in transit must be received by CabokiUK must be reported to us within 20 days of order being placed within the UK and 30 days worldwide.
Other claims must be reported to CabokiUK.co.uk within 20 days of the order being placed.
Claims for shortages must be reported within 24 hours of you receiving the order.
