Our Mainland UK delivery service is sent via APC Overnight and is typically delivered the next working day, if ordered before 2PM Monday to Thursday. Please note that this is a signed for service and will require someone to be present to receive the item unless otherwise stated on your order. You will receive a text message and email notification on the day of your delivery. You can modify your delivery once you receive this information. You can also track your order online using the tracking code provided in the order confirmation email.
Our Scottish Highlands delivery service is sent via APC and is typically delivered within 2-5 working days
Our Isle of Wight delivery service is sent via APC and is typically delivered within 2-3 working days.
Our Northern Ireland delivery service is sent via APC and typically delivered within 2-3 working days.
Our Jersey & Guernsey delivery service is sent via Tracked Royal Mail and is typically delivered within 3-8 working days.
Our Isle of Man delivery service is sent via Tracked Royal Mail and is typically delivered within 3-8 working days
Our Ireland delivery service is sent via Tracked Royal Mail and is typically delivered within 7-10 working days.
Our International delivery service is sent via Royal Airmail and is typically delivered within 7-10 working days.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2PM Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) on the same day, orders after this will be dispatched the next working day.
You have the right to cancel your order any time up to 14 working days from receipt of your purchase. If your not happy. You will need to return the items in an unopened and unused state for full refund.
